A family planning program will be successful, if the program addresses the unmet needs of the program area such as Sexual and Reproductive Needs of Adolescents, Capacitate and Update service providers, Expand service, Promote Institutional Capacity Building, Motivate Individuals and Couples to practice family planning. On top of this to organize forums for Adolescents to demonstrate and role play on sexual and Reproductive Health services to reach large number of their`s peers. Similarly to use satisfied clients to be activist in the community where the program is operating. Finally workshops/seminars for public figures and political leaders to keep them updated.

The expected results will be:-

•	Increased contraceptive Prevalence Rate
•	Decreased No. of pregnancies
•	reduced family sizes
•	Decreased maternal and Child Mortality
