					<description>My response to this comment is that I agree one hundred percent that we should discourage unnecessary and unsafe injections.  However, contraceptive injections should be thought of as "good" injections, like vaccinations, rather than automatically "pigeon-holed" as unnecessary simply because there is an oral alternative.  Injectables are not for everyone, but they do suit the needs of many women.  For those women for whom injectables contraceptives are the first choice for family planning, we should do our best to ensure access to safe injections.</description>
